Ubuntu 14.04 mod_sslは利用できません
mod_sslをインストールしようとするとパッケージmod_sslが見つかりません

Apache2をインストールすると、mod_sslが/usr/lib/Apache2/modules/mod_ssl.soで利用可能になります。有効にするには、a2enmod sslを実行してからservice Apache2 restartを実行するだけです。
