公開後のノードの編集を無効にする

シナリオ：

ユーザーはノード（コンテンツタイプ「ストーリー」）を作成できます。作成されたすべてのストーリーノードは、デフォルトでは非公開です。

「ストーリーを公開」というブールフィールドがあります。これがチェックされ、保存されると、ノードはルールを使用して公開されます。
