Androidビューをぼかす(ビューの背景をぼかす)

画像のように、画像の下部を上部のビューのぼかしにしようとしています。

レンデンスクリプトを使ってぼかしてみましたが、後ろの部分だけぼかすことができません。 :(

私は多くのライブラリを見てきましたが、それらのほとんどすべてが画像全体をぼやけさせていますが、その一部ではありません。

また、重要な部分は、これをViewPager内で使用しているため、背後にあるイメージが変化した瞬間に再描画する IOSではthis のような高速で動的である必要があることです。
