PHP-FPMを使用したMPMワーカーからイベントへの切り替え

CentOS 7、Apache 2.4、FPM/FastCGI、MariaDB

MPMワーカーからMPMイベントに切り替えようとしていますが、Apacheの再起動時に次のエラーが発生します。

Php.confの最後の行を条件付きにする必要があることがわかりました。
