Ubuntu 15.10で更新できません

過去数日間、Sudo apt-get updateを正常に実行できません。

ターミナルからSudo apt-get updateを実行すると、次のエラーが表示されます。

E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

Software Updater GUIを使用して更新する場合、メッセージを表示して、

Failed to download repository information
Check your Internet connection

Ubuntuを再インストールすることはできましたが、すべてのソフトウェアやものを再インストールして再構成するのは面倒です。前もって感謝します。

Sudo -E apt-get updateを試してください。

何らかの理由でこれが必要です。

また、Sudo -Eを有効にしてソフトウェアセンターを開く方法がわからないため、ソフトウェアセンターが機能しません。

ターミナルでこれを試してすべてを削除してください

cd /var/lib/dpkg/updates
Sudo rm *

そして、以下のコマンドを実行して新しいものを取得し、

Sudo apt-get update

echo "nameserver 8.8.8.8" | Sudo tee /etc/resolv.conf > /dev/null

次に：

Sudo apt-get update

動作する場合：

echo "nameserver 8.8.8.8" | Sudo tee /etc/resolvconf/resolv.conf.d/base > /dev/null

apt-get updateはファイルの取得に失敗します、「一時的なエラー解決…」エラー から取得しました。
