Ubuntu 18.04のパッケージphp7.2-mbstring unmet依存関係

Mediawikiセットアップ用にphp-mbstringをインストールしてみてください。

sources.listから必要なチャンネルが欠落しています。 Sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.listを実行し、次のようにします。

システムはセキュリティまたは更新リポジトリの新しいphp7.2-mbstringを認識していないため、バージョンが一致していません。

これを実行します：

Sudo apt-get update
Sudo apt-get upgrade
Sudo apt-get install php7.2-mbstring

これにより、バージョンを必要な場所に戻すことができます。 （upgradeの代わりにdist-upgradeを使用すると、更新されたカーネルパッケージなどのパッケージもインストールおよびアップグレードできるようになります）
