C＃プログラムをx86（およびCPUではない）としてマークすると、HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\AppがHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\App\として表示されます。

64ビットの.NETがインストールされている場合、任意のCPU用の.NETプログラムは64ビットプロセスとして実行されます。 64ビットプログラムの場合、32ビットレジストリはWow6432Nodeの下にあります。
