C#で角丸四角形を描画する方法

このコードを使用して、角丸四角形を作成しています。ただし、rectanlgeの左上隅と右隅のみを描画しますが、下部の長方形を完成させません。それを完全でいっぱいにする方法。どのような変更を加える必要がありますか?
