\u003C\u003Eは、それぞれ<>のUnicode表現です。

これらの文字はILで有効です。したがって、コンパイラは衝突を回避するためにそのような名前の変数を生成します。

デコンパイラーは、それを<>に変換する方法を知らず、一時変数を削除しませんでした。

dnSpy で開き、matches(ish)に一致するメソッドを探します。それらは異なる順序になりますが、dnSpyはラムダを逆コンパイルするというまともな仕事をします。
