Cシャープのc ++のstd::multimap<K, V, Comp, Alloc>と同等のものが必要です。標準ライブラリに存在しますか?

ILookup で十分かもしれませんが、残念ながらパブリックな実装はありません。私が知っている限り、基本的に Enumerable.ToLookup を通過する必要があります。つまり、「一度構築」のようなマップです。後で追加することはできません。ただし、それだけで十分な場合は、組み込みのものだけを使用できると便利です。

.NET 3.5では、ILookup<,>これを表します。通常の実装(Lookup<,>)は不変ですが、EditableLookup<,> in MiscUtil これは仕事をうまくやるはずです。

コレクション全体が大きい場合は、 _BMultiMap<K,V>_ の使用を検討してください。特に各キーに関連付けられた値の数が少ない場合は特に、_Dictionary<K,List<V>>_と比較して多くのメモリを節約します。
