ObservableCollectionはAddRangeメソッドをサポートしないため、INotifyCollectionChangingについてはどうですか?

これがObservableRangeCollectionの最適化バージョンです(James Montemagnoの one の最適化バージョン)。

非常に高速に実行され、可能な場合は既存の要素を再利用し、不要なイベントを回避するか、可能であればそれらを1つにまとめます。 ReplaceRangeメソッドは、適切なインデックスによって必要な要素を置換/削除/追加し、可能なイベントをバッチ処理します。

Xamarin.Forms UIでテストされ、大規模なコレクションに対する非常に頻繁な更新(1秒あたり5〜7回の更新)に対して優れた結果が得られました。

注:OnCollectionChangedアクションを使用してCollectionChangedEventArgsを作成することしかできないように見えるため、ベースメソッドでResetを手動で発生させませんでした。単一のアイテムの変更にOnCollectionChangedを使用してResetを上げようとすると、アイテムコントロールがちらつくように見えますが、これは避けたいことです。
