Windows認証を使用する場合、MVC5はLogin.aspxにリダイレクトします

MVC 4からMVC 5にアップグレードした後、アプリケーション（Visual Studio内から起動した場合）で次のエラーが発生します。また、干渉が発生している可能性があるため、同じプロジェクトでMVC5とWebAPI2の両方のアイテムをホストしていることにも注意してください。また、dotnetopenauth nugetパッケージもインストールしました（これは削除されました）。

アプリをローカルで実行しているときにHTTP 401エラーが発生した場合は、IISExpress構成を変更する必要があります。 [ドキュメント]> [IISExpress]> applicationhost.configに移動します
