cmakeがqt 5.1.1を見つけられない

Qt 5.1.1 for Windows 32ビット（MinGW 4.8、OpenGL）をインストールし、それをcmakeに追加しようとしました。しかし、CMakeはそれを見つけたくないので、その理由はわかりません。何が欠けていますか？環境変数などを設定する必要がありますか？
