SCLを使用してApacheとPHPを更新する方法は？

私はPHPのアップグレードをSCLを使用してテストしています。テストはローカルVMで行われているため、手順を開発するときに問題が発生しても問題ありません。 SCLリポジトリ Pythonを2.7.13に更新し、profiles.d/を介してアクティブ化できました。現在ApacheとPHPをアップグレードしようとしています。

Apache Downloads によると、最新のものはApache2.4.29です。 yum install httpdでApacheを更新しようとすると、Package httpd-2.4.6-67.el7.centos.6.x86_64がすでにインストールされており、最新のと表示されます。また、yum install httpd24を使用すると、SCLはApache1.18をインストールしようとします。

yum search httpdはそれほど役に立ちません。パッケージがリストされていますが（SCLが記載されている場合もあります）、バージョン番号がありません。

SCLプログラムを使用する場合、最新のApacheとPHPをどのようにインストールしますか？
