XPS 13 9360 DE Bluetooth接続の問題とモジュールの欠落
ハロウィーンには、Ubuntu 16.04がプリインストールされた新しいXPS 13 9360 DEが到着しました。これは素晴らしいハードウェアですが、Bluetoothモジュールに少し問題がありました。
私のシステム仕様によれば、Killer 1535が組み込まれています。このWifiとBluetoothのコンボカードはそのまま使用できますが、新しいデバイスでは機能しません。
説明：
Bluetoothを起動してBTマウス（MS Arc TouchとLogtech UltraThinでテスト済み）に接続しようとすると、エラーが発生し、その後Bluetoothアダプターが見つかりません。実行中のシステムでこのアダプターを再起動する機会はありません。システムをシャットダウンして再起動する必要があります。再起動しても、アダプターは再び表示されません。起動後、アダプターは再び機能します。
ブートが完了してから直接ではなく、ブート後数秒/分後に接続しようとすると、セッション中に接続が機能する可能性が高くなることがわかりました。しかし、実行中のセッション中に接続が機能しているシステムを再起動すると、接続が失われ、アダプターが再び消えます。
私のWifiは常に完璧に動作するので、HWエラーはないと思います。ファームウェアまたはドライバーに問題がある可能性があります。
