csvファイルをExcelの非アクティブワークシートにインポートするマクロ

Mac上のExcelの場合、QueryTableオブジェクトはプロパティ「PreserveFormatting」と「RefreshPeriod」をサポートしていないようで、これらを設定しようとするとランタイムエラーが発生します。

また、Application.FileDialogはMacでも機能しませんが、他の投稿で説明されています。
