Gitのリベースが失敗します。「次のファイルへのローカル変更はマージによって上書きされます」。ローカルに変更はありませんか？
バグ修正ブランチをマスターブランチにマージして、上流にプッシュする準備をしようとすることからの筆記です。バグ修正ブランチが作成されてから、いくつかのアップストリームの変更がマスターに取り込まれ、リベースを拒否しています。
エラーがスローされたファイルは、開かれたときに比較されません。ファイルは追加、削除、または名前変更されていません。何も無視されず、追跡もステージングもステージングもされません。リベースが失敗する理由については完全に困惑しています。
OS X 10.6.6およびgit 1.7.4を使用しています

cf27b6f - bug that came up with transferring. The transfer page had a hidden field called to, which was taking precedence over cards and usercard which would throw the system out a bit

Joshua Hogendornの答えに関しては、gitでリポジトリを操作しているときにXcodeを開いたままにしておくと、これらの問題が発生するようです。それは、gitが私が隠したと思ったものをコミットした（そしてその後もまだ持っていた）状況に至りましたが、Xcodeはリベース中にファイルシステムに書き込みました。
安全：gitでレポジトリに取り組む前にXcodeプロジェクトを閉じて、安全にしたい場合は、おそらくcore.trustctimeのfalse設定は不要です。
