エラーメッセージが示すように、必要なタイプは*string（stringへのポインター）ですが、string値を渡しただけです。これらは互換性がありません。 AWS SDKは、AWS APIの曖昧さのため、ほとんどの入力に文字列ポインタを使用しています。この目的のために、ヘルパー関数aws.Stringが含まれています。

PlatformVersion: aws.String("LATEST"),

指定された文字列へのポインタを返します。同様に*int64にはaws.Int64があります：
