そこには小さな間違いがあります。 application.ymlを見てください：

 jwt:
  header: Authorization
  secret: mySecret

プロパティ名は「シークレット」であり、「mySecret」ではありません。プロパティ名ではなく、誤って値にバインドした。単に置き換える：

@Value("mySecret")

これで：

@Value("secret")

ただし、エラーメッセージは、コメントアウトされた「jws.secret」を使用したことを示しています。接頭辞（「jws」など）を使用する場合、そのプロパティは「シークレット」でのみ参照できることに注意してください。
