Javaを使用してメール添付ファイルを送信する

Javaとgメールを使用してメールを送信しようとしています。クラウドにファイルを保存し、メールの添付ファイルとして送信する保存ファイルを送信しています。

それらのファイルのリンクではなく、このメールにファイルを追加する必要があります。

このような添付ファイルを送信するにはどうすればよいですか？
