JavaFXステージの変更方法

NetBeans 7.2とScene Builder 1.0を使用してJavaFXアプリケーションを開発しています。メイン画面を設定しました。それを取得したいので、ボタンをクリックすると、メインウィンドウが閉じて別のウィンドウが開きます。メインのStageオブジェクトはメインクラスにありますが、コントローラークラスは独立しており、静的ではなく、別のクラスにあるため、アクセスできません。シーンやステージを変えるには？
