jax-rsはフォームパラメータを取得します

HttpServletRequestを使用して、投稿されたフォームからjax-rsに渡されるいくつかのパラメーターを取得しようとしています。ただし、リクエストオブジェクトは常にパラメータにnull値を返します。私はこれを正しい方法で行っていませんか？送信されるリクエストの例とともに、以下のコードを投稿しました。
