SOAPクライアントでJava WSDLファイルを指定
私はJavaでSOAPライブラリを使用したことがないので、この質問の新規性について謝罪します。
Tivoli Endpoint ManagerのSOAPAPI。wsdk.exe（jdkで提供）を使用して、提供されたWSDLファイルから必要なクラスを生成しました。
今では、情報をxml形式にパッケージ化していると思われる多数のクラスが提供されていますが、それらをどうするかはわかりません。提供されているドキュメントを読みましたが、せいぜいあいまいです。
Wsimportによって生成されるクラスは次のとおりです。

Mavenプラグイン、 cxf-codegen-plugin があり、WSDLからJavaクラスを自動生成します。また、スタブクライアントを作成します。生成されたコードの使用方法を確認したい。
