Spring「要素「tx：annotation-driven」の接頭辞「tx」はバインドされていません。」

「tx：annotation-driven」行に上記のエラーが表示されますが、beansファイルの先頭で名前空間を宣言しました。次のXMLがこのエラーを引き起こしているのはなぜですか？

前者のソリューションではこれを試すのに役立ちません。一番上に置いてくださいxsi：schemaLocationを忘れないようにしてください。
