Ubuntuを更新したり、ランチパッドにログインして報告したりできないのはなぜですか？

Ubuntuを更新できなくなりました。なんらかの理由で最新バージョンに更新できないため、私のコンピューターからlibre-office-commonのバグを報告するように求められ続けます。ソフトウェアアップデーターは、パッケージマネージャーが壊れていることを通知し、サードパーティのリポジトリを無効にして_[Sudo] apt-get install -f_を実行するように通知します。これにより、次のエラーが返されます。

Webブラウザーを使用して自分でランチパッドにログインしようとすると、既にログインしていると表示され、自分の名前とメールアドレスをサイトと共有することを確認するように求められます（ちなみに、共有するチェックボックス）情報をチェックできないため、情報を共有する必要があります）。確認すると、このエラーメッセージが表示されます。

Launchpadでこれの一部を報告する必要があることはわかっていますが、Launchpadにログインできないようにするバグであるため、報告できません。ここで報告します。
