Fedora 20：LSBの開始に失敗しました：ネットワークの起動/停止

Fedora 20でネットワークサービスを再起動しようとすると、次のエラーが発生します。

RHEL 7.0をインストールした直後に同じ問題が発生しました。奇妙なことに、設定を変更せずに再起動すると問題が解決しました。

どういうわけか、RHELがインストール後に起動したとき、ネットワークは明らかに混乱した状態にあり、クリーンアップするためにもう一度再起動する必要がありました。

NetworkManagerを再起動するとうまくいきました：

systemctl stop NetworkManager
systemctl start NetworkManager

私は試しませんでしたが、このワンライナーは同じ効果があると思います：

systemctl restart NetworkManager
