journalctlの変更を監視する

通常、新しい行がある場合はtail -f /var/log/messagesを使用して更新を取得します。

journalctlに同様の機能を持たせるには？

-fまたは--followスイッチでログをテールにします。

-f, --follow
    Show only the most recent journal entries, and continuously print new 
    entries as they are appended to the journal.
