Apache localhost /〜username /が機能していません

始めたばかりの人のために、下記のファイルは/ etc/Apache2の下にあります

だから、最近Mac OS X Yosemiteにアップグレードしたばかりで、Apacheを再度セットアップする必要があります。/user/kevinの下にフォルダー「Sites」を作成し、ファイル許可を777に変更し、以前と同様に/etc/Apache2/httpd.confのphp5module行のコメントを外します。

localhostは動作していますが、localhost /〜kevin /から「要求されたURL /〜kevin /がこのサーバーで見つかりませんでした」というメッセージが表示されます。
