私のコメントで述べたように、最初にRubyとgemの両方が、/usr/binのバージョンではなく、RVMがインストールされたバージョンを指していることを確認してください。

また、新しいRubyをデフォルトとして使用していることを確認してください：

これに使用されるGemset（gemsetと呼ばれる）を作成しますRubyバージョン：
