mysql_upgradeが失敗しました-innodbテーブルは存在しませんか?

Mysql-5.5 docker containerデータベースをmysql-5.6 docker containerにアップグレードしています。他のすべての問題を修正することができました。最後に、私のサーバーは5.6で動作しています。しかし、mysql_upgradeを実行すると、次のエラーが表示されます。

これはMySQL 5.6の既知のバグです ここに記載されています

バグレポートへの返信によると、不足しているテーブルを手動で作成できます。欠落しているテーブルの構造は、添付ファイル here として提供されます。

従うべき手順:

1)これらのテーブルをMysqlから削除します。

 innodb_index_stats
 innodb_table_stats
 slave_master_info
 slave_relay_log_info
 slave_worker_info

2)上記の5つのテーブルの*.frmおよび*.ibdファイルを削除します。

3)次のクエリを実行して、テーブルを作成します。

古いcontainer(5.5)から/var/lib/mysql/ibdata*ファイルを削除することでこれを修正できました。古いコンテナ(5.5)の/var/lib/mysqlディレクトリ内のコンテンツを新しいコンテナ(5.6)/var/lib/mysqlにコピーしています。 /var/lib/mysql/ibdata*ファイルのコピーをスキップすると動作します。

これらはmysql-5.6で追加/削除されたテーブルであることがわかりました。古いibdataファイルをコピー/使用すると、innodbテーブルとibdataファイルとの不整合が生じます。 .frm、.idbファイルは存在しますが、古いibdataが失敗するためです。

この link で述べたように、そのファイルを削除しようとし、mysql_upgradeは正常に終了しました。

Mysql_install_dbによって作成されたibdata *データファイルは破損しているため、mysqldを起動する前にゴミ箱に入れる必要があります。

データベースのバックアップを行おうとすると、「テーブルが存在しません」というエラーが表示されました。これらの手順を実行した後、 FRANKLIN's MariaDbスクリプトを使用できました。

ERROR 1813 (HY000): Tablespace '`mysql`.`slave_worker_info`' exists.

手順:

  1. コピーengine_cost.frm(任意選択)関連付けられた各.frmファイル

  2. 実行mysql -p mysqlコマンドインタープリターを開始します。

  3. 各テーブルを削除します。

  4. コマンドインタープリターを終了します。

  5. データベースサーバーを停止します。

  6. 孤立した.ibdファイル。

  7. データベースサーバーを再起動します。

  8. FRANKLINのスクリプトを実行して、不足しているテーブルを作成します。
