ネットワークインターフェイスに静的IPを追加するスクリプト

ここには、自明なはずの小さなスクリプトがありますが、なぜwhileループが関数を正しく処理しないのかわかりません。ユーザーがnoを押してNを押した場合は、再びgetinfo関数を表示し、ユーザーがyesを押した場合はwriteinterfacefile関数を実行する必要があります。
