SteamがSteam-Networkに接続できないのはなぜですか？

これは、Steamを起動しようとしたときの出力です。メッセージ「Keine Verbindung zum Steam-Netzwerkmöglich...」で終了します（Steam-Networkへの接続なし...）

Appcacheを削除すると、修正されたと思われる新しいSteamバージョンがリリースされるまで役立ちました。

ターミナル経由でappcacheを削除できます

rm -Rf ~/.Steam/steam/appcache

これをSudoで実行しないでください。
