新しいSSL、Safariはページを開くことができませんb / cサーバーが予期せず接続を切断しました（サブドメイン）

多くのグーグルとServerfaultブラウジングの後、私はまだSSLの問題を抱えています：

Safariはページをまったく開くことができません。Firefoxは5分間の非アクティブ（ブラウジングなどではない）の後に「安全な接続の失敗」を表示します。 Chrome/Chromiumは403エラーを返し、すぐにページをリロードするとすべてが機能します。
