この行からmultiverseを削除します

およびapt-get update
私は同じ問題を抱えていましたが、この行はdeb http://archive.canonical.com/ubunt /etc/apt/sources.list.d/official-package-のbionicパートナーとして正しく読み取っていましたrepositories.listなので、コメントアウトしてSudo apt-get updateを実行し、その行のコメントを外して、もう一度Sudo apt-get updateを実行したところ、これで修正されたようです。
