Alix Axel の回答を編集して3番目の引数を取ります。この3番目の引数をtrueに設定すると、すべてのファイルがZipフォルダーに直接ではなくメインディレクトリに追加されます。
Zipファイルが存在する場合、ファイルも削除されます。
