シェフ：「include_recipe」ステップのリソースがスキップされるのはなぜですか？

Chefが奇妙な順序でリソースを処理しているようで、ビルドが失敗します。私のメインレシピ（mytardis-chef/site-cookbooks/recipes/default.rb）は次のように始まります：

つまり、ビルドに不可欠なレシピは「見つかり」、「ロード」されますが、最初に「処理」されるのはpostgresレシピです。また、build-essential（Cコンパイラをインストールする）が実行されなかったため、後者は失敗します。

私のVagrantfileの関連部分は次のようになります。

以前は少し古いバージョンのChef（おそらく10.10.0？）を使用していました。そのバージョンでは、build-essentialも実行されていませんでしたが、mytardis :: depsは実行されていました。現在Chef 10.12.0を使用しています。物理マシンはOSX、VMはUbuntu Lucidです。

これはChefの動作のかなり正常な（ただし、文書化されていない）部分であることがわかります。すべてをコンパイルし、、次にが実行を開始します。一部のレシピ（Postgresなど）を除いて、次のようなコードを使用して、実際にコンパイル時にインストールするためにキューをジャンプします。

解決策は、Postgresもこれを実行する必要がある前に実行する必要があるすべてのものです。幸い、新しいバージョンの Build-essentials でこれが可能です。ロールの属性は次のように設定します。
