gcloudの実行中にエラーが発生し、昨日まで問題なく動作していました

昨日、gcloudは完全に問題なく動作していました。そして今日、それはこのエラーを投げています。私はこれを引き起こすために何も変更していないと確信しています。これが何であるかについて誰かが何か考えを持っていますか？

1）CLOUDSDK_PYTHONはpython2 道。説明されているように、gcloudがインストールされているフォルダーが見つかりません here なので、少し迷っています。出力全体を貼り付けました。

2）opensslを再インストールして、リンクを解除して再リンクしてみました。それも機能していないようです。
