OSX 10.11 El Capitanにvirtualenvwrapperをインストールできません

最近Macをワイプし、OSX El Capitanパブリックベータ3を再インストールしました。Sudo easy_install pipでpipをインストールし、Sudo pip install virtualenvでvirtualenvをインストールしましたが、問題はありませんでした。

さて、Sudo pip install virtualenvwrapperを実行しようとすると、次の結果が得られます。

問題はsixパッケージにあると思われるため、Sudo pip uninstall sixで手動でアンインストールしようとすると同じエラーが発生します。出力では-Hフラグの使用も推奨されていますが、それでもほぼ同じエラーが表示されます。

Sudo nvram boot-args="rootless=0"でルートレスを無効にしましたが、これは効果がありませんでした。助けていただければ幸いです！

ストック10.11インストールには存在しない依存関係を手動でインストールし、--no-depsを使用して他のパッケージをインストールして、依存関係を無視できます。そのようにすると、six（および既にインストールされているargparse）はスキップされます。これは私の10.11ベータ6インストールで動作します：

Sudo pip install pbr
Sudo pip install --no-deps stevedore
Sudo pip install --no-deps virtualenvwrapper

そして、ルートレスを無効にする必要はありません。

コマンドは正常に実行されましたが、/ Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/3.6/lib/python3.6/site-packagesに移動すると、virtualenvwrapper.shが見つかりません。 virtualenvwrapper.shが見つからない場合、仮想envを実行できないと思います。何かご意見は？
