Pythonでオーディオを検出および録音する

オーディオクリップをWAVファイルとしてキャプチャする必要があり、それをpythonの別のビットに渡して処理することができます。問題は、オーディオが存在するかどうかを判断してから録音し、停止する必要があることですサイレントになると、そのファイルを処理モジュールに渡します。
