OK 2つの異なるマシンで正確なコードをテストしましたが、両方で完全に機能します。 1台のマシンはUbuntu12.04で、もう1台はWindowsXPを実行しています。どちらもPython 2.7と、最新バージョンのimages2gifを使用しています ここからダウンロードしました 。次のことをお勧めします。

  1. pythonのバージョンと使用しているライブラリを確認し、最新のものを入手してみてください。
  2. 別のマシンでテストする
  3. pythonとすべてのライブラリをアンインストールして、再インストールしてみてください

大文字と小文字が区別されるため、すべてのGIF画像がある場合、それらは見つかりません。

    ValueError: max() arg is an empty sequence

エラー。

使用することをお勧めします

    (fn for fn in os.listdir('.') if fn.endswith('.gif') or fn.endswith('.GIF'))

これで成功するために。また、親（または少なくとも別の）ディレクトリにアニメーションGIFファイルを作成することをお勧めします。
