1）SQLserverをアンインストールしました
3）次の変更を加えて再インストールしました
- サーバー構成セクションで、アカウント名の詳細を「NT AUTHORITY/LOCALSERVICE」に変更しました（インストールプロセス中）
ローカルサービスが許可されていない場合は、「NT AUTHORITY/NETWORKSERVICE」として設定することを忘れないでください。
