投稿数がxを超えるget_terms

Get_termsには、2つ以上の記事に関連する用語しか取得できないという引数がありますか。
「アーティスト」に関するすべての用語をまとめた用語ページがありますが、このページは非常に大きいのですが、投稿が1つしかないため、重要な用語のみを表示したいと思います。
