ドキュメントに示されているリポジトリがあるため、おそらく信頼できるリポジトリを使用しています。

Xenialを使用している場合は、構成ファイルを変更する必要があります/etc/apt/sources.list.d/kurento.list

deb http://ubuntu.kurento.org xenial kms6

次に、Sudo apt-get update && Sudo apt-get install kurento-media-server-6.0を再試行します。

ちなみに、kurentoは正式に信頼できる（14.04）のみをサポートしていることを考慮に入れてください。 xenialは機能しますが、文書化は信頼できる人のためにのみ行われます。
