VBSでファイルをダウンロードする

私は、ネットワーク上のサーバーからファイルをダウンロードするためのURLを生成するVBSスクリプトを取得しました。ファイルを"C:\rWallpaper\wallpaper.png"にダウンロードする必要があります。URLは変数"url"に格納されています。

Linuxでwgetのようなものを動作させたいのですが、ファイルをダウンロードして指定の場所に保存するだけです。
