Webブラウザーでサービスに移動することができ、クライアントとサービス間で同じバインディングが表示されます（WsHttpバインディング）。

そのため、クライアントは[〜＃〜] soap [〜＃〜] XMLメッセージ（コンテンツタイプ：application/soap+xml; charset=utf-8）、サーバー側のエンドポイントは[〜＃〜] rest [〜＃〜]エンドポイントであり、プレーンXML（コンテンツタイプ：application/xml; charset=utf-8）

解決策：クライアントおよび使用されているサーバーエンドポイントの両方が、バインディングと設定に関して同期していることを確認する必要があります！

コメントの1つが この質問 で述べているように、?wsdlをクライアントのエンドポイントアドレスに追加すれば、このサービスをさらに活用できるはずです。 ?wsdlは重要です。これは、ブラウザがサービスの「Webサービス記述言語」を取得しているだけで、サービスを呼び出していないことを意味します。

同じ問題があり、?wsdlを追加すると頭痛が解消しました。
