Asmx Webサービスの基本認証

asmx Webサービスでユーザー名とパスワードの検証を使用して基本認証を実装したい。
WCFを使用したくないので、これは安全な方法ではないことを知っていますですが、httpsを使用せずに基本認証を使用する必要があります。

私のWebサービスは次のとおりです。

このWebサービスを使用すると、サービスは基本認証を要求しますが、headerメソッドのOnAuthenticateRequest変数は常にnullであり、MyUserValidator.Validate()は実行されません。
