Windowsで検証されていないデジタル署名されたドライバー(コード52)

Win 10x64用のI2CToolsUSB-to-I2C Eliteドライバーをインストールしていますが、「Jungo接続:デジタル署名されたドライバーが必要です」というダイアログが表示されます。

デバイスマネージャーでは、2つのドライバーJungoConnectivityWinDriver1251およびUSB-to-I2CEliteドライバーが黄色の三角形でマークされ、詳細には次のように記載されています。

2台の異なるWin10マシンと仮想Win7マシンを試しましたが、同じエラーが発生します。 PCは私の会社のITポリシーでセットアップされています。

デバイスドライバーの検証を完全にオフにしてWindowsを起動することによってのみ、ドライバーを動作させることができます。

ベンダーによると、ドライバーは署名されており、セキュリティカタログファイルusbtoi2c_Elite.catは、証明書がWindowsによって認識されることを示しています。

Windowsがこのエラーを報告するのはなぜですか?ドライバーの署名検証を完全に無効にせずにドライバーを動作させる方法はありますか?
