Windows10の特定のネットワークでVPNに接続しているエラー800

Windows 10ProでクライアントのVPNに接続しようとすると興味深い問題が発生します。

電話（4G）を介して接続しているときに、クライアントのVPNに接続できますが、オフィスネットワークには接続できませんが、他の同僚は同じネットワークに接続できます。

ネットワークアダプタ、ネットワーク設定、DNSをリセットしようとしましたが、うまくいきませんでした。また、Wiresharkをダウンロードして、何かが飛び出すかどうかを確認しましたが、このネットワークについての私の理解は非常に限られています。

Webを検索して数日後、私はこの記事に出くわしました https://support.Microsoft.com/en-au/help/312840/error-message-error-720-no-ppp-control- protocol-configured これにより、TCP protocol/protocolsを削除して再インストールするように求められました。

  1. デバイスマネージャに移動し、下の画像のようにドライバを削除しました。
  2. マシンを再起動しました
  3. ドライバはWindowsによって自動的に再インストールされました
  4. VPNをテストしました。
  5. すべて動作しています。
