IPアドレスの競合エラーは、クラスター内の複数のノードがリソースグループ（およびそれに関連付けられたIP）を同時にオンラインにしようとすると発生します。
これは、クラスターノードが一時的に相互の接続を失った場合に発生する可能性があります。各ノードは、他のノードに障害が発生したと想定します。その結果、「パッシブ」ノードはすべてのリソースグループをオンラインにしますが、実際には「アクティブ」ノードでオンラインのままです。
ESX（i）ホストの1つが過負荷になっているとき、VMWare環境でこの問題が発生しました。HBAバスの再スキャン中であっても、MSCSノードが突然接続を失い、この混乱が発生します。

不正なMACアドレスと照合して、マシンを慎重に調べます。
IMHO任意の論理サービスIPには、/ 32のサブネットマスクが必要です。ネットワークは、使用されているサブネットと一致するサブネットマスクを持つ物理IPによって処理されます。
IPを自動的に割り当て、IPを手動で再度割り当てることで、この問題を解決しました。これにより、存在しないデバイスを削除するように求められ、これで問題が解決しました。
